St. Lucy School offers an opportunity to lead a faith-filled, academically focused school community deeply connected to its parish and families. As part of the Siena Catholic Schools of Racine, the school benefits from system-wide collaboration, resources, and a shared commitment to accessible Catholic education.

The next principal will build upon this strong foundation by deepening Catholic identity, investing in staff professional growth, and fostering a culture of academic excellence. Through strong instructional leadership, they will advance a community grounded in high expectations, a sense of belonging, and a commitment to continuous growth.
